Dr. Cournoyer is always very attentive to what we need to address and very specific with treatment when needed. We love having her as our kids doctor.

I came here as a child and now my own child comes to see Michelle. We love how caring and patient she is with us. She answers all my questions and talks us through everything. She is kind and comforting. We love all the staff, always feel like we are in the best care.

Dr. Bukur-Doczy is an excellent pediatrician. She is an actual doctor in practice, setting a fantastic example for other pediatricians. We switched to Dr. Bulkur-Doczy after receiving a recommendation from a friend, and we will stick with her!

I was told boston childrens was going to call to make an appointment with my referral, but i didn’t get a call. i kept calling to check with the office and see how much longer i was supposed to wait. eventually i was told by the office to “just google it” to find the number for boston children’s and make my own appointment. i called them and made an appointment but it was two months out. I wasted two and a half weeks waiting for them to call and had to call childrens anyway, i wish your office would have told me immediately to call. my child has to wait several weeks for care they need because i was told to “wait for the phone call.”
